If an administrator has configured a hybrid cloud active directory environment they can allow users to reset their passwords due to lockouts\/etc. using Azure Active Directory. Azure AD will writeback the user&#8217;s password to the on premises active directory domain service environment. You can experience this first hand through\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/azureadmodern.z22.web.core.windows.net\/#\/2\/0?a=true\" target=\"_blank\">this<\/a>\u00a0demo if you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/sspr\" target=\"_blank\">this<\/a>&nbsp;link users can reset their Active Directory password.
